FAQ’s
I’m carrying an injury, will I still be able to join/get value from the session?
Depending on what the injury is, there will be ways we can work around and scale movements so there is something you can do. However, I think you’ll still learn plenty by being there and being involved in the coaching elements even if you aren’t able to take part in all aspects of the movements. If you want to chat beforehand, please feel free to e-mail me on tom@projectperformance.online to discuss.
I’m worried about whether I’ll be able to keep up.
The goal of this workshop is to find the right level for everyone there, from beginner to advanced. We will start everything from the most simple version and slowly building and layering movement on top of that. Everything is scalable to the right level. Everything is optional so if there is something you don’t want to do, you don’t have to.
This sounds like a lot of training in one day. I’m not sure I can manage that.
The workshop is going to be predominantly geared towards technique breakdowns, so whilst we’ll be moving a lot over the course of the day, you’ll only be doing strenuous movements for a very short amount of the overall day and everyone can work to their own level.
