  • Begin by giving some insight into your journey to date, and where you’d like to get to.

  • On the call, we’ll dive into:

    • Your starting point - background, training and injury history

    • Your goals

    • The biggest barriers you consistently come up against

    Once we know this, we can look at how to best bridge that gap taking into account your individual circumstances.

  • After the call, if we are a good fit, we’ll put together your bespoke performance roadmap.

    We deliver your bespoke program based on our initial consult, make real-time adjustments around your constraints (time, equipment, injury), and keep you focussed and accountable. You’ll be coached through the process, not given a plan to blindly follow.

  • A bespoke training program based on your goals, schedule, and injury history. Your training will be delivered on Truecoach

  • Coaching and feedback to improve technique, stay accountable, and progress consistently

  • Nutrition guidance to support energy, recovery, and body composition and strategies to help you maximise this around your work/family life. (Don’t worry, I’m not going to ask you to make a different dinner to what your family are eating every night)

  • Access to me via Truecoach app and voice notes for support, program tweaks, and questions as and when they arise

  • Weekly check-ins to make sure everything is on track and sustainable

  • Quarterly live training day in Bristol - your chance to meet the rest of the team, get some in-person technique feedback and exposure to new skills and further ignite the spark of training enjoyment
