What you’ll get

  • 3 training sessions/week with in-built flexibility to help you make this a consistent approach.

  • An approach rebuilding your athleticism - the simplest way we can get you moving explosively again.

  • Get the greatest gains in strength and muscle mass with the least amount of time in the gym.

  • Build your mobility and pack on muscle at the same time. The movements we can get the biggest bang for buck in training from.

  • The nutrition guidelines the Project Performance clients use drop kg’s without tracking their nutrition.

  • Plus the simple approach to aerobic work to get you from gassed walking upstairs, to physically free.

Everything you need will be delivered on the FITR app. You will have access to detailed instructions, technique videos, and a place to log your sessions so you will have complete clarity what you are doing, and how you are meant to be doing it. 

  • 6-week progressive training plan (3 sessions/week)

  • Short, effective workouts (30–45 mins with optional extras if you have time)

  • Strength, mobility, and athleticism all in one

  • Minimal equipment needed (home or gym friendly). Home training options will require at least 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell to get the most out of the program. 

  • Movement tutorials + easy-to-follow structure

Note: This is NOT a coached program so you won’t have access to technique feedback, real-time adjustments etc or a coach to ask questions. That is saved for those who work with me 1-1.
