Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Tom. I’ve been coaching for over a decade and training for more than 20 years.
I turned to bodyweight training after a knee injury, and it helped me fall back in love with training. It brought a new level of challenge, variety, and enjoyment—not just for me, but for my clients too.
Since starting to explore bodyweight, I’ve coached 100’s of people through bodyweight progressions in person, in workshops and online.
