About Project Performance:
I’m Tom — a coach, parent, and business owner who’s spent the last 20 years chasing performance, both in and out of the gym. I’ve coached for over a decade and competed at a high level, including playing for Wales Students and semi-pro rugby league.
After multiple injuries (including two shoulder and three knee surgeries), I’ve learned firsthand how to train smart, stay consistent, and build strength for the long haul — not just short-term gains.
Since stepping away from sport, I’ve explored every major training style — from powerlifting and calisthenics to endurance and functional fitness — and now I help busy men do the same: train effectively, feel athletic again, and fit it all around real life.
As a dad and business owner, I know how chaotic life can get. That’s why I built Project: Performance — to give men like you the clarity, structure, and support to train consistently and get strong again, even when time and energy are low.
